MARINE SEALANT

Hylomar FS 415 is a full cure, flexible, acrylic emulsion sealant providing low to medium joint movement. Hylomar FS 415 is a sealant specifically designed for use around fire doors or any area requiring products with fire retardant properties. The fire retardant additives used do not contain halogens. Hylomar FS 415 can also be used for sealing around decorative panels. The product exhibits good adhesion to most plastics, glass, wood and most construction materials and can be over coated with most
paints and wall coverings.

Hylomar FS 415 is fast curing. The compound has excellent slump resistance, and no priming is required for most substrates. The product has Lloyds Registry Approval: SAS F010183 and MED 0150123 and Warrington Fire Research Centre Certification: WARRES No 118709

Hylomar FS 415 is water-based and safe to use. The product has the ability to fill large gaps- up to 25mm, it expands when subjected to high temperature preventing the spread of smoke and toxic fumes through its sealed joints.
