Sealing and Bonding Problem Solving for Manufacturers
Do you have a sealing or bonding problem in your manufacturing process? Hylomar has chemists and engineers available who will do their utmost to solve manufacturers' sealing and bonding problems on request. Our chemists and engineers may well need to visit manufacturer's sites to try to solve these problems and will make recommendations after carrying out tests and developments in our own laboratory. We are able to develop tailored solutions to manufacturer's specific problems. No sealing or bonding problem is too small or too large for Hylomar to take on, try us and see the results for yourself!

New Product Development for Customers
The Hylomar team of chemists can develop new adhesives and sealants to match a customer's particular requirements. Contact the R&D team with your specifications. The R&D team will then endeavor to formulate a new product taking into consideration a cost analysis and volume requirements of the customer.

Toll Manufacturing
Hylomar Ltd offers toll manufacturing services from its manufacturing facility in Wigan, UK. Hylomar has a variety of mix and blend capacities, and specializes in small batch processes (125 – 1000kg) and filling into aluminium tubes. Z blade, high shear, Silverston-type, Cox and Maltini mixers are available for mixing unsolvented materials. Hylomar also has the capability to manufacture and extrude putties and pastes either as blocks from 5 gm to 500gms or to fill in plastic tubs (see our Exhaust Putty as an example).

Hylomar manufactures sealants for several of the world’s largest companies, but also has the scope, scale, and capacity to do trial batches, small production runs, and specialty materials. Send inquiries to sales@hylomar.com or call +44 1942 617000.

Contract Filling
As part of its toll manufacturing and own-label production Hylomar Ltd has capacity for filling aluminium tubes and 300ml cartridges from standard 200 ltr drums. Small runs can be accommodated (2000 tubes or 600 cartridges). Product can be boxed and tubes can be put in blister cards or in cartons. Certain materials can be put into poly pots.

Hylomar has the capability to source own label tubes and foil cartridges, even in relatively small quantities. Customers are asked to pay for their own packaging.

Own Label Sealants and Adhesives
Hylomar manufactures own label sealants and adhesives for some of the world’s largest chemical companies. Hylomar specializes in small runs and bespoke packaging, which it can source internationally. Products available include silicone sealants, semi-setting sealants, epoxy putties, cable gland putties, exhaust repair putties, anaerobic adhesives, thread lockers and thread sealants, and cyanoacrylate superglues. Note that Hylomar Universal Blue is not available as an own label product.

Hylomar manufactured adhesives are available in standard packaging formats, including 40ml and 85 ml aluminium tubes, 300 ml cartridges, 20 ltr pails, small bottles, and brush top tins. Products can be put in cartons, set in blister cards, or packed in display boxes. Ask us if we can help you with a high quality product in your own image.
