Hylomar has a factory in Wigan, England and offices in Wigan and Birmingham. Hylomar USA Inc. has a distribution warehouse in Springfield MO and a sales office in Detroit. Hylomar sells direct to OEMs and has a worldwide network of Distributors in over 30 countries.

Hylomar specializes in products for the automotive OEM, aftermarket, and motorsport markets, and is a recognized leader in sealants for "under the hood" applications which require fluid resistance, high temperature capabilities, and proven reliability under the harshest conditions.

Hylomar non-setting sealants are the world market leader in its class, and the recognized standard for this application. Hylomar Universal Blue, originally developed by Rolls Royce for aircraft turbine applications, has been adapted and developed over the years by Hylomar chemists and engineers to create high performance solutions for sealing flanges and threads in many industries worldwide.

Hylomar silicones, such as our newest "Hylomar 532 Silicone Sealant" have been used since 1975 to seal millions of engines on the production lines of major OEMs as well as OEM dealer networks and worldwide to the aftermarket. Hylomar silicones can be found in production line applications on Ford, GM, Rover, Daewoo, Mercedes, Landrover, Jaguar, Aston Martin, as well as at major heavy equipment manufacturers such as John Deere, JCB, and Perkins.

Hylomar has also developed world-best technology for preapplied threadlockers, underhead sealants, and threadsealants for use on fasteners. Hylomar products have been specified by Ford and GM for use on critical applications. Hyloseal 406 threadlocker is the only water-based threadlocker known to fully meet the WX-200 standard. The innovative Hyloseal 620 underhead sealant is being adapted to solve problem seals in core plugs and other fasteners where the ability to reuse or dismantle is critical to the application.
